Hi there!

My name is Ray Dupere and I’m the pastor here at Union Congregational Church here in Rockville, CT. Thank you for visiting our website. I hope you find it helpful as you seek to learn more about our church.

If I were asked to describe Union Church in one word right now, that one word would have to be “changing.” It’s fair to say that we absolutely are not who we once were; but it is also fair to say that we absolutely are not who we are going to be either. At the moment, God truly does have us right in the middle of some very interesting changes.

So far He has shown us that He wants us to seek the eternal welfare of the community around us here in the middle of Rockville. We know that is something that touches the heart of God, so we are truly seeking to do that as the Holy Spirit leads the way. One way that has been happening is through Bev’s Corner. Be sure to learn more about it under the Ministries tab.

We have other things that we sense God might want us to do down the road; but we are not rushing into them. We do feel there is a fresh wind that is starting to ruffle our sails, but we are waiting on the Lord to fill them completely. We believe that God is not finished with Union Church just yet; and we trust that in His time He will bless us beyond all our expectations.
